Branded test agents are designed for lightweight testing and demos, but they come with substantial restrictions that can block many standard RCS features. These restrictions are temporary and will be lifted soon.

  • Quick reply limits:
    • Max 2 URL quick replies
    • Max 1 call quick reply
    • Max 4 trigger quick replies
    • Trigger quick replies cannot have duplicate titles

  • Subtitle: 60 characters max
  • Button limits: Same as text messages
  • No quick replies allowed with card carousels
  • Title + Subtitle: 160 characters max combined per card
  • Max 2 buttons per card
  • Button consistency: All cards must have the same button types in the same order
  • Button limits per card:
    • Max 1 call button
    • Trigger buttons cannot have duplicate titles
