Start, monitor, stream, and record voice calls through Pinnacle.

### What's new?

- New [`/calls`](/api-reference/calls/lifecycle/create-call) endpoints for outbound call creation, listing, lookup, metadata updates, cancellation, event history, WebSocket stream tokens, recording download, and recording deletion.
- New `CALL.STATUS` webhook event for phone-number subscribers. Use it to receive call lifecycle updates: `RINGING`, `ANSWERED`, `BRIDGED`, `ENDED`, `NO_ANSWER`, and `BUSY`.
